One spooky Halloween eve, a beguiling young witch is concocting a very special and sinister brew while she introduces three terrifying and grotesque horror stories for your perturbed pleasure.
Witch Tales is the English language version of the original Cuentos de la Bruja, filmed entirely in the country of Peru and directed by Mike Lyddon, a filmmaker who spent years in New Orleans making such b-movie classics as “Zombie! Vs. Mardi Gras,” “Cut Up,” and Horror Anthology Movies Vol. 1 and 2.

New Orleans Filmmaker Has New Peruvian Horror Film

Filmmaker Mike Lyddon has released his latest feature film, a horror anthology titled CUENTOS DE LA BRUJA (WITCH TALES).
Lyddon made several features in New Orleans including Cut Up, Zombie! Vs. Mardi Gras, Horror Anthology Movies Vol. 1 and 2, but this time his filmmaking efforts led him way down south to Peru for this latest fright flick.
On Halloween night, an enchanting witch tells three tales of terror while concocting a very special…and sinister potion of her own.
CUENTOS DE LA BRUJA is now on VIMEO VOD in Spanish language with English subtitles.  You can watch on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, and Chromecast.
During the 2019 movie festival season, CUENTOS DE LA BRUJA was an official entry in 12 festivals and won 6 awards including Best Feature Film, Best B-Movie, and Best Special Make-up Effects.
